Only professionals who get selected can attend. CINDE will choose profiles that match the job postings criteria so participation is limited to guarantee a positive experience.

You can book up to 3 sessions in advanced. Get extra ones the day of the event (subject to availability).

Upload your CV, create your full profile and take the BELT Language Test. These are mandatory steps.

Selection

CINDE reviews your profile and matches it against real openings from participating companies. If you match, you'll receive an invitation.

Confirm & schedule

Confirm your attendance and choose which companies you'd like to meet. This is a mandatory step to receive your personal QR code.

Show up with your QR

You'll receive a personal QR code. Walk in, scan it, and start your day — everything is ready for you.

Requirements to participate

What do you need to be considered?

First and foremost

Corporate Services experience required

To be considered for this event, you must have professional experience in Corporate Services — areas like Back Office, Shared Services, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing. Your profile will be matched against the specific roles that participating companies are looking to fill, so relevant experience is the essential starting point.

If your background is a fit, you'll also need to complete these two steps:

Your CINDE Jobs profile must be fully completed: work experience, education, skills, and up-to-date contact information. This is what we use to match you with companies.

English BELT language test

Corporate Services positions require English. The test is taken online through your profile and allows us to validate your level for available opportunities.

How do I register to CINDE JOBS ADVANCED?
Go to advanced.cindejobs.com Create or complete your profile to 100%, and take the English BELT Language Test by Idioma Internacional. Once that's done, your profile is active and ready to be evaluated. You don't need to do anything else — we'll reach out if there's a match.


Is the English BELT Language Test by Idioma Internacional mandatory?
Yes. Participating companies require English for their Corporate Services positions. Without a completed test, we're unable to include your profile in the selection process.


I already have a CINDE Jobs profile. Do I need to create a new one?
No. Just make sure it's 100% complete and that you've taken the English BELT Language Test by Idioma Internacional. If you've already completed it before, there's no need to retake it.

Do I have to stay the entire day?
Not necessarily. Your agenda is personalized, so you can plan around the meetings you've scheduled. You can also visit the Talk2CINDEJobs Lounge before your sessions to get some extra preparation.


Is there a cost to participate?
No. Participation is completely free for selected candidates.


Is there parking available?
Yes. The chosen hotel has ample, easily accessible parking. Its location near La Sabana also makes it convenient for public transportation.

How will I know if I've been selected?
If your profile matches the needs of participating companies, you'll receive an email invitation with instructions to confirm your attendance and schedule your meetings.


What happens if I'm not selected for this event?
Your profile stays active on CINDE Jobs for future opportunities and events. CINDE JOBS Advanced takes place regularly with different sector focuses.


Can I choose which companies to meet with?
Yes. Once invited, you'll be able to see the participating companies and schedule 3 one-on-one meetings in the available time slots. You build your own agenda. You can get more interviews during the event if available spots are open.
